The “OLD FASHION SUNDAY” scheduled for March 29th, at Wayside Baptist Tabernacle in Pelion, SC, has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Pastor Grover Williams and his dear folk had planned a meal on the grounds, as well as the special singing and preaching for that day. However, Pastor Williams and I have agreed that it would not be best to gather this crowd at this time. I look forward to being able to be with him as the Lord leads. In the meantime, we all need to make the necessary sacrifices and to follow the common-sense steps that can help insure the minimizing of the wave of COVID-19 currently sweeping the nation, by God’s grace.
